Discount arrangements and help with fees

There are four ways in which you can obtain a reduction or help with the booking fee:

1) Group booking discount

By booking four (or more) places at once you can save £25 per child per week.

How does it work?

• Book four children on booking form (they don't have to be related) or…
• Book less than four children, but still amounting to four places in total (one child could attend for four weeks!!)
• Remember you can mix your courses (e.g. one Mighty Oak, two Little Acorns and one FABMAD equals four places)
• And you can mix your dates (e.g. one Easter Little Acorn, one Summer FABMAD Week 3 and two Xtreme Adventure Week 5)

In other words - as long as you've booked four places you get the discount ?

2) Group discounts (4 or more)

If your employer is signed up to the Company Discount Scheme then you save £20 per child per place.

How does it work?

• You ask your HR team to contact us 01473 653294
• We sign them up
• You save £20 by simply using the Company Discount box on the Booking Form

3) Direct payments from your employer

We accept direct payments or vouchers issued by your employer as part of the recently introduced tax concessions for employer-supported childcare. We are currently able to accept payments via Busy Bees, CARE-4, Parentbond, Accor and Sodexho but if your employer operates a different scheme just let us know.

4) Working tax credits

Orwell Park Activites is registered with Ofsted. OFSTED NUMBER EY280665.  This attracts the childcare element of Working Tax Credits.  For further information visit:
